About

At the age of eighteen when I moved to Hong Kong, I had no idea that my love for the city and the Chinese culture would eventually lead me to Feng Shui. My miniscule apartment in Clear Water Bay had some funny looking items displayed all over the house. My rental contract had a clause that stipulated that I was not allowed to remove these items under any circumstances. Digging deeper, I found out that these items were used while implementing Feng Shui. They were meant to protect the apartment from bad energy. Call it Feng Shui or psychology, those five years I spent in the apartment were glorious. Even though I had very little understanding of the subject back then, I was hooked.

Over the next few years, I attended Feng Shui seminars conducted by well-known masters across the globe. But I soon realised that what was being taught was mostly based on superstitions and was far removed from the true essence of feng shui. That revelation led me on a path of self-learning and devouring Feng Shui books for years to sharpen my knowledge. Most of the books that were needed to expand my horizons were out of print and it has taken me years to source and build an enviable library of over three hundred books that hold the key to the authentic knowledge of Feng Shui.

It’s been more than twenty-five years, and I have not looked back on my corporate career ever since. The knowledge of Feng Shui led me on a path of setting up my own consulting business in Dubai and Bangkok. With thousands of projects under my belt and hundreds of clients across more than 30 countries, I can confidently say that I have helped each one of them successfully. Most clients get such good and desired results that they often end up working with me on multiple projects.

Along with balancing yin and the yang, I also wrote a weekly column on Feng Shui for the Khaleej Times for 13 years in Dubai and have been interviewed by media in various countries. Having worked with esteemed clients like Ritz Carlton, Taj, Chivasom, Soneva, Six Senses, Royal group and many high-profile celebrities, I can proudly say that I have been part of their success stories as much as they have been a part of mine.

I am a member on the Board of Directors for Soneva Group for last ten years, advising them on project design and expansion strategies. In 2024 I added another feather in my cap and set up my Feng Shui Institute with the aim passing on the knowledge that took me years to acquire. I consider myself to be a student of Feng Shui who is learning and evolving with every new project even today.

In many ways I am still the same Shivani who fell in love with Feng Shui in that tiny Clear Water Bay apartment in Hong Kong all those years ago.

Thank you for passing by my website and I hope our paths will cross some day!
